This plaque is placed near the Sedgefield War Memorial. The text on the plaque is:

On 24th November 1944, the crew of a Lancaster Bomber of number 419 "Moose" Squadron, Royal Canadian Air Force, Middleton St. George, paid the SUPREME SACRIFICE.

This Plaque is dedicated to those who lost their lives
