Memorial Hero of the Soviet Union Viktor Korobkov

Viktor Korobkov was just a young boy when the Germans attacked the Soviet Union. During the following war years, Viktor helped his father with several underground activities. On 18 February 1944, father and son were arrested by the Gestapo. They were interrogated and tortured for 2 weeks long until they were eventually executed on 9 March 1944.
