War Memorial Himmerich

In the village of Himmerich there is a war memorial in the middle of the village. This monument was originally a monument about Mission 1898. (A military mission to China in order to obtain a trading place).
Two side pieces are attached to this monument with the names of victims from both World Wars.

The text on the monument is:
Unseren lieben Verbliebenen
der beide Weltkriege

On the left-hand side: 4 names from the First World War
                                   2 names of missing persons from the Second World War

On the right-hand side: 11 names from the Second World War
