Shipwreck Oigawa Maru
The Oigawa Maru (6,493 GRT) was sunk by Allied bombers and PT torpedo boats on 3 August 1943, during the Battle of Bismarck Sea. The disaster resulted in the death of 1151 soldiers and 78 sailors.
