Liberation Memorial (IS-3 Tank) Kostiantynivka
This memorial commemorates the liberation of Kostiantynivka by the Red Army in 1943.
The IS-3 is a Soviet heavy tank which was constructed at the end of the Second World War. During this war, about 350 were made.
