Wet Panzer Trench

Near the village is an original wet Panzergracht. Various routes have been indicated in the village to view various historical sites that are related to the Second World War. The routes are equipped with information boards. This canal has now become a piece of nature, in particular a fish pond (Fischweiher). The Panzergracht is part of 7 wet Panzergracht systems between the village of Niederotterbach and Freckenfeld. Some of these systems can still be visited, such as in Niederotterbach.
