War Memorial Kaldenkirchen
The original memorial commemorates the victims of the wars of 1864 (Prussia against Denmark), 1866 (Prussia against Austria) and 1870/1871. The monument was erected in 1913.
After the first world war the many names of the victims could not be placed on the monument. After the Second World War, parts of the monument were brought to the current location.
