NSB women's shelter camp De Beetse

In 1935 the camp "de Beetse" became a building for employed unemployed workers. The camp consisted of 16 barracks.
In January 1945 the camp was populated by NSB women and children who fled to Lüneburg after "Dolle Dinsdag" and were often hostile on their return, after which Anton Mussert had several hundred of them accommodated here.
