Chapel ‘t Eikenhof Voormezele
This chapel was build in gratitude for the protection during the Second World War.
The first plaque on the Chapel at Voormezele commemorates the French soldiers who were engaged in the Battle of the Yser from 31 October until 18 November 1914.
The second plaque commemorates the French soldiers of the 3rd Dragons who fell at this place on 1 November 1914.
