Grave of Charles-Michel d'Irumberry de Salaberry

In Cimetiere de Saint Joseph de Chambly is the grave of Charles-Michel d'Irumberry de Salaberry (1778-1829). During the War of 1812, he was a Canadian officer. He distinguished himself in several battles like those at La Colle, Crysler's Farm and Chateauguay.
