Air Crew Memorial Markelo

This memorial is located next to the War Graves at Markelo General Cemetery. It consists of a propellor, a sign with the names of the air crew that are buried here and a sign to commemorate Sergeant Roy Victor Ledger, Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. The body of Sgt. Ledger was never found. He remains Missing in Action.
