War Memorial Hochstatt

The war memorial stands in front of the town hall of Hochstatt. The monument consists of a column with a female figure in front of it. On the column is the text:

THE MUNICIPALITY
HOCHSTATT
TO HIS CHILDREN
WAR VICTIMS

On both sides of the column are plaques with the names of the victims of both World Wars.
In front of the column is a plaque with the text:

Pious tribute
For the brave of
2nd Battalion of the Zouaves
fallen on November 25, 1944
for the liberation of Hochstatt

The grateful municipality
November 25, 1945
