Memorial Saint-Peter's Church Basel

A commemorative plaque hangs on the facade of St. Peter's Church in Basel.

Above: the coat of arms of Belgium with underneath the text:
"Unity is strength
1914 Tribute 1918
To Basel's Heroes"

On the left and right are the names of the veterans.
On the central panel are the names of the Fallen.

Below that the text: "For justice and freedom".

At the bottom a small plate that mentions victims of the Second World War.

It also commemorates the centennial of the First World War and the fallen of this war.
