Memorial Victims Bourtzwiller

Next to the church of Saint-Antoine in the former municipality of Bourtzwiller, a monument has been placed in memory of the six civilians who were executed on August 15, 1914.

At the foot of this monument is a mass grave containing the remains of 46 French soldiers, who died on August 9 during the Battle of Bourtzwiller.
