Memorial "The Great Escape" Ramstein

Memorial plaque "The Great Escape" Ramstein.

It is a memory of Squadron Leader Roger Bushell and Sous-Lieutenant Bernard Scheidhauer. Both had escaped from Stalag Luft 3 in Zagan. Unfortunately, the two were executed by the Gestapo at approximately this location.
