Memorial Photos Holy Family Church Brandhoek

At the back of the church is a notice board with prints from the First World War.
Beautiful in its simplicity.

- Major Henry Murray, + 23/8/1917 - Canada - burried Zevecotestraat 3
- Nelly Spindler, August 21, 1917, mortally wounded by impact bomb. She was 26 years old, buried at Lijssenthoek Poperinge
- 1/24/1918 Sergeant Major Slocombe
- Twins Christopher, Noël Chavasse
- Nurses Elsie Grant and May Tilton
- Planning for caring for injured people. At the Battle of Passchendaele, space was provided in Brandhoek for mainly stomach wounds, chest wounds and open thighs.
