The former Belgian War Cemetery Molenhoek at Reninge contained 248 Belgian burials of the First World War. There were also the graves of 21 Commonwealth soldiers who fell in the Second World War.
The cemetery was cleared in 1968. The Belgian graves were transferred at Hoogstade and Westvleteren, the British and Canadian graves at the War Cemetery of Adegem.
Some remnants of the former cemetery have been preserved.
