Commonwealth War Graves Mount Noddy Cemetery

Mount Noddy Cemetery contains 4 Commonwealth war graves from the First World War and 19 from the Second World War.

There is also a communal grave (section 4c) of 22 civilian victims who died in a German bombing raid on 9 July 1943 that hit the Whitehall cinema on London Road. A total of 108 people died in this bombing and 235 were injured.
