War Memorial Mayors North-Brabant

On September 16, 2020, in the so-called bee garden next to the Provincial House in 's-Hertogenbosch, the King's Commissioner Wim van de Donk unveiled a monument commemorating the twelve mayors of Noord-Brabant who were executed during WWII (as reprisal or for resistance activities) or arrested and deported.

The monument was designed and manufactured by Kluijtmans Natuursteen in Eindhoven; typography Marc Verbeek of Aldus Projecten, 's-Hertogenbosch.
