Belgian War Graves Sougné-Remouchamps

Monument and field of honor of the military and civilian victims of the First and Second World War. In this plot are memorial stones with the names of the victims of both world wars.

The churchyard of Remouchamps contains the collective grave of the brothers HORRION. HORRION Lucien was shot by the Gestapo on 6 March 1943 and HORRION Lucien was executed by the Germans in the Citadel of Liège on 17 August 1943.

There is also the grave of DOGNE Lucien, who was shot by the Germans in Sedoz-Nonceveux on 5 March 1943.

There is a plaque commemorating civilian victims who died in concentration camps: LOUIS Joséphine, Belzig (G) January 1945; CALIFIS Xavier, Brandeburg-Dora (G) 16 December 1944 and CALIFIS Marcel, Beendorf (G) 13 April 1945.
