Commemorative Plate U.S. Company B - 526th Armored Infantry Battalion

This memorial plaque near the monument of the Second World War commemorates that the American soldiers of Company B of the 526th Armored Infantry Battalion were quartered in the homes of families in Comblain-la-Tour during the Autumn of 1944.
32 soldiers of this Company were killed during the Battle of the Bulge.
