British Cannon Brigade Piron

Close to the war memorial in Orbais is a cannon donated by the Royal Military Museum in Brussels.
This historical piece commemorates the participation of Belgian soldiers in the British army during the campaign in Normandy and the Netherlands in 1944, under the command of Major Jean-Baptiste Piron.
