Corregidor - Battery Boston

During the battle of Corregidor in 1941, Battery Boston was manned by the 1st Battalion of the 60th Coast Artillery and consisted of four mobile 3-inch M3 Anti-aircraft guns on M2A2 Spider mounts. Battery Boston was again the site of heavy fighting in February 1945. Private First Class Lampman played an import role in its recapture in 1945.
