At the exit to Harperscheid, on the right side of the street is a memorial to those who died in both world wars. The memorial consists of an older part in the middle and two shifted panels on the left and right for the fallen from the Second World War. The central part was erected in 1924, the stone slab stands on a plinth, two pillars support the superstructure, this consists of a slab with a dedication, on top a stone with an iron cross rounded at the top, on the left and right the dates 1914 and 1918. Three steps for the base and a steel helmet on oak leaves between the columns below, laurel branches to the left and right of the helmet. Above it is a light stone slab with the names of the fallen.
