In this park at the Hansaring near where in the war the Klingelputz was there lies a remembering stone for victims of the Gestapo.
At 25 May 1945 7 bodies (forced laborers) were found murdered and burried by the Gestapo. This stone is the oldest WW2 monument in Cologne and remembers these 7 men.
Written on the stone is: ("Here rest seven victims of the Gestapo / Germany's most shameful time, 1933 –1945 ")
