War Monument Hau

War Memorial Hau.

The war memorial located next to the local cemetery commemorates all war victims of the Second World War. The monument consists of a wall with the text "Allen Opfern Der Kriege" and a column with the text "Den Kriegsopfern der Gemeinde Hau zum Gedenk".
At the rear of the column is a copper hatch. Behind the hatch is a book containing all war victims from Hau and direct surroundings from the period 1939-1945.
