Belgian War Graves Nederokkerzeel

The churchyard in Nederokkerzeel contains the grave of a military victim of the Second World War. It concerns SCHOEVAERTS Frans, killed in Rumbeke on 27 May 1940.

There is also the collective grave of three young victims of the Second World War, BOELS Lea, 15 years old; OVERLOOP Frans, 11 years old and VESTRAETS Jef, 12 years old. They were killed on 7 September 1944 by the explosion of leftover German ammunition.
