Crash Site Lancaster MKIII Kelmis

On January 2, 1944, on his way back from a mission to Berlin,
This is where the Avro Lancaster MKIII bomber of the 97 Squadron of the RAF with identification JA960 OF-E crashed as a result of flak fire.
The 7 crew members died in the crash.
