Belgian War Graves Machelen
The cemetery in Machelen contains the graves of military victims of the Second World War. It concerns DE LEEUW Joris, Vlijtingen 10 May 1945; KEPPENS Jean-François, Tienen 11 May 1940; MOENS Jan, Sint-Amandsberg 19 May 1940.
There are also the graves of civilian victims of the Second World War. This mainly concerns resistance fighters and political prisoners who were executed by the Germans or died in captivity in Germany.
