Willem III-kazerne
Until 1922, this former barracks remained in use as gunners' barracks of the Royal Dutch Army, after which its ownership was transferred back to the municipality of Vlissingen. During the occupation, the barracks were occupied by the Wehrmacht. A reinforced concrete bunker was added around that time. The Willem III-kazerne could house a maximum of 385 officers and enlisted men.
