Sister Panels World War II (Doornenburg)

Sister panels
In Huissen near the Karbrug on the Goudsbloem Pad and on the Rijnstraat near the Goudsbloempad in Doornenburg there are two panels that commemorate the events in these two places in the Second World War.

Both panels were open to the public before October 2, 2021. On the second of October, the centers of Huissen and Doornenburg both reflect on the events and the bombing of the Second World War.

The unveiling of both panels took place on November 5, 2021.
