Ordensburg Vogelsang - Castle Inn

The "Burchtherberg" (Castle Inn) is the only National Socialist building of Kamp Vogelsang, which has remained in the original both on the outside and on the inside. As with all other buildings, this is a concrete building decorated with natural materials.

Numerous elements of the "Heimatschutz-Architektur" can be found in the cladding: wood, slate and natural stone (grauwacke) on the outside, massive ceilings made of wooden beams and half-timbered walls on the inside.
