Fort Turgut Reis
This fortress was armed with two 280mm Krupp M1892 / 1893 gun turrets from the Turkish battleship "Turgut Reis" (originally "Weissenburg"). The guns (which were used in the Battle of Gallipoli in 1915) were placed here in 1939 and are still in-situ.
