Here in Amsterdam four Stumbling Stones are laid on September 21, 2021 ​for:

SAMUEL RUBENS, interned in Camp Cossanay Mont Pelerin, discharged July 1, 1945.

SIENTJE RUBENS-VAN MEER, murdered on May 21, 1943 in Sobibor.

SALOMON LOUIS RUBENS, interned in Camp Cossanay Mont Pelerin, discharged July 1, 1945.

HANNA SARA RUBENS-LEVISOHN, interned in Camp Cossanay Mont Pelerin, discharged July 1, 1945.

Samuel, Salomon Louis and Hanna Sara fled to Switzerland in 1942. There they were interned in a labor camp as political refugees.
