Memorial Parish Carignan

Here in Carignan there is a plaque in the Church Notre-Dame commemorating the 48 inhabitants of Carignan who died in the First World War.

The plaque reads:
translated:
'To his children who died for the fatherland – the grateful parish of Carignan. Let us remember. Let's pray for them.'
