Remembrance Tree Franco-Prussian War
There is a memorial tree near the Kloosterkerk Kemnade. This (new) tree is surrounded by a fence with a plaque on it that commemorates the Franco-Prussian War in 1870-1871 and the two villagers who died in the battle.
