Memorial Executed Resistance Fighter

Plaque commemorating PIRNAY Jacques, courier of the Secret Army. He was arrested by the Germans on 4 August 1944 and executed by the Sicherheitspolizei (SIPO) along with 17 comrades on 1 September 1944 in Tontelange, nine days before the liberation of Arlon by the Americans.
