War Memorial Beguinage Church Brussels

At the front of the Beguinage Church is a monument to the victims of the First World War.

In a niche is a white stone pieta with a memorial plaque below on which the names of the 26 victims in 2 columns:
"1914 Gloriosum pro patria mori 1918"
(Glorious to die for your country)
