St. John's Chapel Mary Ascension Hörsteloe

In the hamlet of Hörsteloe in the municipality of Ahaus there is a chapel in memory of the inhabitants who died during the 1st and 2nd World War.

In the chapel hangs a bronze plaque with the names and ages of those who lost their lives. The inscription on the plaque continues loud;
"We commemorate the victims from Hörsteloe who died during both world wars" 1914-1918 and 1939-1945
