War Memorial Velen

In Velen there is an approximately 5 meters high memorial, a Cross that has 3 sides on which various images, on the front an Angel with raised hands, below the inscription;
"For our fallen and missing
1914-1918
1939-1945"

On November 16, 1980, the memorial, designed by Professor Theilmann from Kieselbronn as a three-crossed cross, was inaugurated.
