World Peace Flame Venlo

This flame is located on a star-shaped square behind the Limburg Museum and was built in 2005. The immediate cause was the death of René Steegmans, who became the victim of senseless violence.
After having worked for a long time on gas cylinders that had to be changed every month, so that the flame was regularly out, she now works on natural gas and is on 'forever'.
