Widerstandsnest 73 - FA Unterstand Bunkers

From the parkingspace on the Place du Débarquement is a concrete footpath which goes uphill towards Camping Omaha Beach. Halfway you will see a German bunker which overlooks the Eastern side of Omaha Beach. This bunker was a part of Widerstandsnest 73. If you walk a bit further uphill and pass the campsite gate you will find more bunkers on your right.

On the campsite itself is also a Tobruk bunker close to the holiday homes. Near the fence of the campsite you will find another part of WN 73 which overlooks the Western part of Omaha Beach.
