Stumbling Stones Keizersgracht 1

'A HUMAN BEING IS FORGOTTEN ONLY WHEN HIS NAME IS FORGOTTEN'
(Talmud)

Here in Amsterdam two Stumbling Stones were laid on March 31, 2022 for:

MOZES SAMSON VAN DER WOUDE, murdered on January 31, 1943 in Auschwitz.

JANSJE VAN DER WOUDE-MOSCOVITER, murdered on October 1, 1942 in Auschwitz.

These Stumbling Stones are here for Jewish war victims, deported and murdered in the Second World War.
