Saint John the Baptist Orthodox Cemetery

St Johns Cemetery contains the grave of Igor I. Sikorsky. He developed trans-oceanic flying boats and in 1939-1940 developed the Western Hemisphere's first successful helicopter. Sikorsky modified the design into the Sikorsky R-4, which became the world's first mass-produced helicopter in 1942. Sikorsky's company made bomber for the Tsar during WW1.
