War Memorial Wachtebeke
War memorial near the church in Wachtebeke to commemorate the military and the civilian victims of the First World War.
After the Second World War, a memorial stone was added with the names of the fallen :
MICHIELS Arthur, Adegem 25 May 1940
STEEL Bernard, Tielt 23 May 1940.
There is also a commemorative plaque of two killed resistance fighters. It concerns the brothers Leon and Adolf NAUDTS. They died in the Neuengamme concentration camp: Leon on 15 December 1944, Adolf on 20 January 1945.
