Peace Soldier 8th Line Lummen

On the occasion of the annual ceremony, a work of art was made in 2005 by artist Julia Berger: "The Peace Soldier 8th Line", immortalized in bronze. The statue is 1 meter high and weighs 65 kg. The soldier wears the uniform of 'Peacekeeper 8th Line' and stands in a 'rest-in-place' position on a massive bluestone pedestal of 85 cm high
