German Concrete Road National Park Kennemerland

German Concrete Road National Park Kennemerland
Only a small part of this concrete road remains. Only the Y-junction is still visible.
The rest has been cleaned up and replaced with regular stones.

This stretch of concrete road used to meander from the location where the practice bombs are to the coastal strip, including to the military object that was later known as the holiday accommodation "Het Schuitegat".

This road was part of a much larger infrastructure of concrete roads at the end of Seeziel-Batterie Langerak, W.N. 142, can be reached.

Battery Langerak (1943-1945) consisted of 74 separate defenses.

From 1951 to 1988, part of the bunkers of Battery Langerak were used as holiday bunkers in "Het Schuitegat".
