Monument To The Deported And Righteous
On October 6, 2018, this memorial was inaugurated in memory of the deported and righteous during the Second World War.
The monument is in the form of twisted pylons, strung with barbed wire and surmounted by a lamp. A striking evocation of the concentration camps with the name of the deportees and the righteous of Briançon.
An artist was not called upon for the design, but people from the city services came up with this idea and the realization.
