Grevesmühlen Jewish Cemetery

This nineteenth-century Jewish cemetery was destroyed during the Nazi period. After the war, it was restored and obtained monument status. A memorial stone bears the following text (translated from German):

Destroyed out of racial hatred by the Nazis
Honoured by democrats for the love of human beings
1948
