Batterie 2./A.R. 1709

The 2nd battery of Artillery Regiment 1709 ( 2./A.R. 1709 ) was equipped with four 10 cm le. FH 14/19 (t) cannons. These were captured Czech Skoda houfnice vz.14/19 guns Two of these cannons were housed in 2 R669 (Schartenstand für Feldgeschütze (60°) ohne Nebenräume ) Bunkers. Excavation works had already started to build 2 more R669.
The 2 bunkers are located in an enclosed meadow, but you can still easily get closer.
